Our weekend immersive program combines professional group therapy with hands-on homesteading skills training. Participants spend a full weekend on-site, working together and building practical skills for long-term self-sufficiency.

Soil prep, composting, crop selection, pest management, harvest techniques, and seed saving.

Humane slaughter methods, butchering, sausage making, curing and smoking, nose-to-tail utilization.

Weekend Program Schedule

Friday Evening: Arrival

Orientation, community building, basic animal care, tool safety, introduction to all skill areas

Saturday: Immersion

Intensive training in each area, daily therapy sessions, increasing responsibility and independence

Saturday Evening: Brotherhood

Lead projects, mentor newer participants, advanced techniques, home planning for skills application

Sunday: Integration

Home action plan, resource connections, alumni network integration, graduation ceremony
