Honoring service through healing, community, and purpose
Homestead of the Brave was founded on a simple belief: those who serve our communities deserve healing that honors their strength, builds on their skills, and restores their sense of purpose.
Too many veterans and first responders face invisible wounds—PTSD, depression, isolation, and loss of mission. Traditional therapy helps, but many need something more: a community that understands, work that matters, and skills that build self-sufficiency.
We created Homestead of the Brave to provide that path. By integrating group therapy with practical homesteading skills, we offer healing through action, connection through shared purpose, and hope through tangible accomplishment.

To serve veterans and first responders by providing group therapy integrated with homesteading skills training, building community, restoring purpose, and fostering self-sufficiency.
A world where every veteran and first responder has access to healing that honors their service, celebrates their strength, and equips them for a purposeful future.

Traditional therapy works for some, but many need a different approach—one that combines professional support with meaningful work, authentic community, and practical skills.
"After 20 years in the military, I struggled to find my place. This program gave me community, purpose, and skills I use every day. I'm not just surviving anymore—I'm thriving."
